Due to a significant number of foreign nationals violating Vietnamese immigration laws, particularly through visa overstays, the Vietnam Immigration Department has placed the following countries on a restricted list.

Citizens of these countries will face increased difficulty in obtaining a visa to enter Vietnam: 

Nigeria, Ghana, Congo, Bangladesh, Syria, Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, Yemen, Cameroon 

Individuals from these countries are strongly advised to reconsider their travel plans and refrain from booking flights or accommodation in advance!
