We had a complicated Vietnam visa application for a Lebanese family, and most other agencies were unwilling to take on the case or follow the required process. Joey Visa was different and put a great deal of effort into helping us. Andrew (Duong) was extremely helpful throughout the application. He was willing to reply at any time, answered all our questions and guided us clearly through every step. We really appreciated his patience, responsiveness and commitment. This is the BEST service! I am so thankful to Andrew and Joey Visa for helping me get an emergency visa just HOURS before my flight arrival! I was at my departure airport and I realized I entered my return date incorrectly. Andrew responded immediately and within 5 minutes or less, collected all my information and notified me that I would have my visa in just a few hours. I applied for an eVisa expecting it to be processed within the 5 days advertised on the official website. As a backup, I decided to use Joey Visa to secure a guaranteed visa option. Joey Visa advised me that, due to my nationality, I was unlikely to receive my eVisa in time. They were absolutely right—my eVisa was not processed before my travel date. Thankfully, Joey Visa arranged a Visa on Arrival for me within just 5 days, allowing me to travel as planned. They even personally met me at the airport, handled the visa process, and I was able to skip the long immigration line. Their service was professional, reliable, and exceeded my expectations. It was my first time applying for the visa trough agency in Vietnam, I went 2 times before on my own until I found that my nationality is not accepted anymore for evisa, I thought I will be losing my flight tickets until I found Joey Visa Vietnam team, I applied on Tuesday for Visa on arrival and on Friday I got the visa. Some friends that had traveled to Vietnam told us that it takes a full three business days to process Visa paperwork. We booked over a week in advance and had not heard anything by the day of our flights. There was a national holiday/long weekend in Vietnam that we were completely unaware of that caused a delay in processing. We reached out to Joey the morning we were supposed to fly, a bit skeptical that things were going to work out. The airport was an hour away and we had been told that you HAD to have a hardcopy of the visa paperwork to take with you. Joey assured us that wasn't required, it was okay to make our way to the airport and that we'd get our documents on time. By the time we arrived at the airport we had 2/3rd's of the visa's we needed. While we were checking those people into the flight, the other 1/3 of the documents arrived, we were all able to check-in and fly when we planned to. All this happened in one morning for an early afternoon flight. Their charge was a bit steep $100 usd per person, but the cost of rearranging flights and accommodations would have been greater, so we elected to use this service. I hope to plan further enough in advance no not have to use them again in the future, however, if I was in a pinch, I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them for help. I reached out to Joey visa after having difficultly with the e-visa. I'm from an African country which is black-listed, so virtually impossible to get an e-visa. However, Joey visa made it possible to get a visa on arrival. I reached out early, so time was never a concern however I had the visa on arrival letter within 1 week. Once I arrived in Vietnam, there was someone waiting for me who assisted with getting a visa. Whole process took 15-20 minutes, super easy. Very trusted person, 100% legit. I was having issues due to their policies, as my flight was close, only 10 working days I could afford but 8 were done only by asking further details and sending more informations. Tried Emergency Vietnam Visa - Joey Visa Vietnam and he did.
